About Us
Permascapes was founded by Joao Kyle Loch, a Fauquier County native and lifelong farmer and gardener. He has worked in the landscape industry since graduating from Fauquier High School in 2007. His passion for plants and design is what drove him to launch his own business in 2013.
Kyle personally oversees every project and works closely with clients to make their dreams a reality. He continues to learn and further his education in all aspects of design, horticulture and masonry. Kyle looks forward to meeting and making a personal relationship with every individual client.

We were very happy with the paver patio that Permascapes built. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us every step of the way to allow us to make sure we were happy with every aspect of it. Kyle's team completed the transformation of the low-lying grassed area behind our house into an attractive, functional, and safe solid stone paved area, with a retaining wall added to shore up a hosta bed. An eye-catching stepped stairway replaced individual stepping stones up to the deck and beyond to the driveway. We are very pleased with the results!
